A blistering 5 song follow up to their self-titled debut. Blurring returns with a focused and razor sharp offering that will leave all in their beer soaked wake. These extreme metal veterans deliver an aural assault that will challenge the listener with its intense brutality along with its melodic beauty. It truly will "FUCKIN' BASH YOU IN THE FACE."
Kansas City's SPINE returns with their 2nd full-length album, "faith". SPINE continues seamlessly blending the sounds of NYHC ala YOUTH OF TODAY and CRO-MAGS with the whiplash speed and intensity of bands like INFEST and SIEGE. With multiple 7"s and a full-length record already under their belt, these 9 new songs are SPINE's hardest and most focused material to date. Vinyl includes a digital download card.
PARANOID returns with their 2nd album "heavy mental fuck-up". The new album is rawer, darker and have a more metallic sound than on their hyped and distorted debut "satyagraha", on Southern Lord Records. A clearer recording gives more space to the sheer brutality that is PARANOID. The ex-treme sides get even more extreme as the band crank it up with chainsaw solos. Adding more metal to their influences that range from Swedish d-beat, raw punk to Japanese hardcore set the band on the same path as early '80s extreme metal band as CELTIC FROST or POSSESSED. Uncompro-mising and destructive. With "heavy mental fuck-up", PARANOID show that they have been one of the best kept hellish rock 'n' roll metal-punk bands from the underground scene - until now!
I've been in touch with Rado of SMS for years through trading and chatting shite on the net, and he's one of the most clued-up, cool guys I've ever come across in the scene. A few years ago I was
hard up, had lost a ton of cash after getting ripped off pressing a disastrous record, and frankly done-in with wasting all my time and effort into the black hole that is running a DIY label,
when out of nowhere came a package from Rado with a note: "here's some stuff from my label, sell it and hopefully make a little bit of cash back!".
Well, tear wiped from my normally glass eye, now he's got a band on the go it's time to repay a fucking ace human being by releasing their first full-length (!) recording, and what a belter it is!
If you've been paying any attention to noisecore in the past few years, Sedem Minut Strachu (Seven Minutes Of.....?) have been one of the main bands on the scene, releasing tons of split tapes and 7"s with a loads of bands. They've got a totally rehearsal room sound, but aren't just total blurr-merchants. There are riffs going on here! Absolutely I can hear 80s grind as a massive influence. Maybe even some old death metal creeping its way in there too...Pungent Stench maybe?
This record comprises a ton of short blasts on the first side, and on the flip is ostensibly a free-form "jam" that has slow bits, fast bits, a mouth organ (!) and what sounds like an animal being run over by a lawnmower. For the last couple of minutes it even goes into lounge-jazz territory. It's absolutely fuckin brilliant.
Noisecore is a genre that's suited to the 7" format foremostly in my mind, but at around ten minutes a side and varied enough to keep it interesting, this works just perfectly. Czech it out!
200 copies, poster sleeve with insert in a thick PVC outer.
WATER TORTURE makes a return with one last transmission on a schizophrenic split LP with their current musical incarnation, STIMULANT. One-side spins at 33rpm and the other at 45rpm, two distinct voices spewed from the same scarred psyches. After experimental power-violence bass pummelers WATER TORTURE unceremoniously disbanded after releasing their 1st and only full-length, 2014's "pillbox", 2/3 of the crew bunkered down in Brooklyn to emerge in the form of STIMULANT. A more twisted, paranoiac and uh, speedier version of their former selves, the STIMULANT debut delved deeper into the psychoactive mind state of the current non-reality of the modern stage. Not quite finished with their former mission, both entities have endeavored in the dissociative form of a split release with themselves.
. power-violence pioneers from the Bay-Area, California - 64 tracks from 1993-1996 on 2 long player records - compiled from splits with CHARLES BRONSON, BRUTAL TRUTH, RUPTURE, FLOOR and more plus the debut 7", tracks from a bunch of compilations, including "better read than dead" and live at KFJC and 924 Gilman St. Everything remastered, or in some cases mastered for the 1st time. Originally released on CD by Slap A Ham Records in 1997 and this is the 1st time this collection has ever been available on vinyl. Colored vinyl comes with a 16 opage booklet and includes a digital download card.
From the UK's blackened core (aka Leicester) comes Nothing Clean, whose members have spent time in such excellent outfits as Mangle, Hangover Heartattack, Diet Pills and Meatpacker. After a number of split EPs this is their first album proper, with some songs making a reappearance alongside brand new ragers. For a minimal outlay you get maximum bang for your buck with about forty songs in 20 minutes. Powerviolence is the word, bordering on grindcore at times. This is legitimately vicious, intense stuff, allowing itself little room for variation but instantly establishing this quartet as one of the Shittish Isles' finest, fastest hardcore combos. Bordering on grindcore for sure, Nothing Clean are honouring the spirit of the most insanely compact West Coast powerviolence bands of the mid-90s: Spazz and Lack Of Interest, particularly.
Coming from the underground city of Worcester, Massachusetts - EATEN is at the forefront of the pulverizing grindcore scene. Combining death metal, doom riffs over a unstoppable grind force, they are quickly becoming a band ahead of their game. Building off of classic grind bands and adding their own modern style, it rounds out their first full length. Limited to 300 on mixed / marbled colored vinyl!
Started 1985 as a project between Åke and Chrille from Mob 47, and Per and Ola from Filthy Christians.
Drums and Guitar recorded September - December 1985 in Bowlingstudion. Bass recorded March 2017 in Studio Mangel. Vocals recorded November 2017 in Bengts Studio.
Two good things have come from Stoughton, Wisconsin: the coffee break and S.F.N.. After mysteriously dissolving in the last few years, they still seem to pop up every now and then with a new release. S.F.N. moves like a glacier; slow, cold and powerful. S.F.N. submit their 1st and only studio recording of "terminal sedation". Chicago’s most elusive grindcore band has finally returned with 6 songs that barely crack the 5min. mark. The sonic assault is over almost as quickly as it begins but not before it absolutely pummels you into dust and tries to snort you like an eight ball of grindcore cocaine.

(Adrestia: a mix of crust punk and old school swedish death metal. No illusions, no utopias. A reflection of harsh reality. The lyrics are
mostly reflections of the time we're living in, the conflicts, the dictators, the religious freaks, the fundamentalists and the freedom for which we all yearn. The members are/have been involved

In the vein of Fall of Efrafa; Geranium teams up with Link
to do this piece of plastic together. And what a split! Crustcore in an awesome way.
Link from Belgium creates melancholic atmospheres above Heavy tunes and dark lyrics. Their brooding brand of Hardcore Neocrust runs deep pulling a compounding sound of heaviness. Although it’s hard to put a label on the music, they just call it "Dark Crust".
The Scandicrust institution known as Fredag den 13:e was formed in Gothenburg/Sweden back in 2006. The five guys had met through local punk shows and decided to combine the raw power of Swedish punk acts like Anti Cimex and Mob47 with the rock n roll feel of Poison Idea and Motörhead. After the first 7” was released in 2007 the band have to this day released three full length albums - ’Under Iskalla Fanor’ (2010), ’Tjugohundratretton’ (2013) and ’Domedagar’ (2015). The most recent album received numerous of great reviews and were nominated for best Swedish punk/hardcore album at Manifestgalan in Stockholm, 2016. The band have also released two split 7”, participated on various compilations and toured all over Europe, for more than ten years. They have supported legendary Swedish bands like Entombed and Wolfbrigade, as well as fellow contemporary acts like Victims and Totalt Jävla Mörker.
An absolutely over the top recording comprising twelve tracks of punishing hardcore with a huge wall-of-noize production adding to their faultless song writing. As noisy as the album is, all the songs are hits and hard to forget. 'The Total Arse', 'Tomorrow' and 'Consuming Shit and Mind Pollution' are what the new generation of noize-not-music punk lack, memorable anthems. Housed in a 350 gsm regular sleeve and without alterations to the art or sound from the original, this reissue tries to bring an undoubtedly classic of our generation back to life.
PRIMAL RITE is the shot in the arm the hardcore and metal scenes need. With 7"s already on Revelation Records, Grave Mistake and Warthog Speak Records, the band is unleashing their debut full-length. Guitars scream and solo, mixing the speed and chaos of Japanese hardcore, the crunch of Cleveland hardcore, the riffing and solos of thrash-metal, and the pure, crushing power of the Floridian death-metal scene of the '90s.
Newest recordings from Stockholm´s veterans. From my opinion it´s their best and rawest album so far. Classic mangel like Totalitär or Anti-Cimex. Incl. ex-members and current members bands like Totalitär, Krigshot, Institution, Katastrof, Dissekerad etc. etc.
(Fuck On The
Beach,If you don't know what to expect here I can't really help, this is brutal, lightspeed clattering blasts, razorwire treble drenched guitar and whirling layered screaming at it's finest.
Plenty of ear splitting distortion, feedback, mics peaking and everything way too loud in the best way. This is fun loving fastcore powervioelce from Japan which I'm pretty sure even has a
'clap-track' on the self titled outro track. Fucking excelent. This side of the split is primarily hyper fast d-beats with the odd blast thrown in, so is sonically the inverse of the Terlarang
side. For fants of Japanese style everything faster and louder style grindviolence.
Terlarang,Lo-fi to the point of incomprehensibility this side of the split goes even further down the slopes of treble-valley than Fuck On The Beach, sounding like the guitars are physically tearing the speaker cones from the amp and the rest of the band are trying frantically to hold them back in. Everything here is fast, no slow at all on this side. Maybe one or two slightly slower than lightspeed d-beat smashers floating about in there but this is really all about the pace. The fast as fuck and don't care nature is epitomised by the cats on the split cover and the last track basically sounding like black metal but being called 'Stop The Hate' in what seems to be a conscious rejection of the bullshit ideals of traditional NSBM. Nice.
Punk is verzet! Punk is resistance! Punk is a resistance! This clear message, referring to the traditions of the legendary Dutch bands RONDOS, LARM and SEEIN 'RED, was the foundation for this Alkmaar-based hardcore punk band which roamed European squats, living rooms and youth centre’s between 1997and 2003. Their crazy, hyper-energetic dynamic shows were a sign of a new quality in the global hardcore-punk scene after the deadly serious 90s. Their uncompromising message was skilfully blended with humor and irony. “Completely out of control” is Betercore’s complete discography and contains songs from split 7"s with BOYCOT, OLHO DE GATO, POINT OF FEW, MY OWN LIES, compilation tracks and a few never released tracks. A total of 41 out of control songs just under 41 minutes! The record comes with an additional 16-page booklet documenting their DIY approach and the scene at the turn of the century. A one-time pressing limited to 505 copies.
Chicago sludge legends DISROTTED return for another
punishing, miserable round of noisey chaos, this time partnering up with fellow-Windy City masters of hatred LEDGE, who make their vinyl debut on this 20min. split. Both bands spew out 1 track of
pure malice using very different approaches, making for an interesting and unique showcase of doom. Members of SICK/TIRED, KUNGFU RICK, WEEKEND NACHOS.

We have now entered the final form of Exit Hippies' evolution. Their transformation, from crust to dance, is complete. Rejoice, get jiggy with it, or just leave the hall.

Once again time to tear down some walls! Three years after the first attack, here comes powerhouse #2: Nine gun hits from DERBE LEBOWSKI out of Berlin City! In almost 15 minutes somewhere between Hardcore, Powerviolence and Fastcore an ugly three headed punkbastard is born in Moloch. In the circle of the family out of aunts and uncles of HENRY FONDA, HATEHUG and FEMME KRAWALL, it should be clear that the celebration of the day of liberation is more important than a dusky birthday party. Stop And Go Hardcore for people with low attention threshold and pulsating throat line. Hölli (echos-oratos.net) is once again responsible for the outstanding artwork on thick Inside-Out cardboard.
(The second full length of death/doom filth from this Chicago trio. “A megalith of churning black filth spews oblivion that slowly creeps into the minds of men, breathing the stench of hopeless dread from an ancient crumbling death factory. Unspeakable atrocities cascading down amidst the carrion haze of blank humanity forever drowning in a murky chasm. Ceaseless and unbound.
Haggatha excavate primordial doom from deep
beneath the Earth’s crust, conjuring some lamentable ancient devastation. Desperate, ruinous sludge from a cataclysmic prehistory that claws it’s way back into the folds of the reptile
consciousness in a torrent of hopeless murk."
Released in 1998 we found some less copies.
Small number pressed on black. Recorded intermittently between April 29, 1996 to February 26, 1998. Mixed on November 23, 1997, April 5, 1998 & April 29, 1998. This release is often referred to as "On A Mission". This is simply the name of the first track on the record. Essential canadian Grindcore.
Lotus Fucker is a four piece band from Washington DC/Baltimore Maryland who formed in 2010. Lotus Fucker play a raw, ugly, and visceral style of noise damaged hardcore/punk influenced by bands such as Gauze, Terveet Kadet, Wretched, LipCream, and Confuse. Forever My Fighting Spirit is the band's debut LP which was released via Katorga Works, SPHC, and RSR records on December 3rd 2012. Overall, these ten songs are ugly, abrasive, and brutal as fuck. Overall, Lotus Fucker is a must listen for fans of Hoax, Aerosols, Pollution, and Grids. Another killer release by Katorga Works / RSR / SPHC, heavy cardboard cover incl OBI.
